Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery is shipped from the warehouse of the Spodeco GmbH.
The delivery period is extended if necessary to pass the time until the buyer has handed us the
information necessary for the execution of the order and until a deposit or prepayment, as far as this has
been agreed, we have received.
The delivery time is extended appropriately due to arrangements in stoppage, in particular strikes and
lockouts and other circumstances beyond our represented arrangements like governmental or legal
instruction (e.g. import and export restrictions) or in cases of delivery delays due to force majeure. We will
immediately inform the customer about the beginning and end of such hindrances.
Returns
You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from
BIDI BADU free of charge. Please keep in mind that we need to receive the items in our
facilities within this period. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect
condition.
Refund
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show
the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
